It was easy to set up and I have only had one problem with it. My internet is much quicker than with the cable company product and a seperate router.

This product is not working as expected. The wired connection is giving the maximum performance as expected, but the wireless is very poor. Frequent drops from 15mbps to 2 mbps sometimes as low as 1 mbps. I was looking for a modem + router, but this is not that great if you are using multiple devices. Also tried changing the channel as per the customer care, which doesn't help. The wifi range is also poor. ATT's modem + router was really great when compared to this one. I would not recommend this product if you are looking for modem + router.

Replacing an older model and this does the trick. The download and upload speeds are better than the similar one I was replacing

it is lot better than Cisco brands. I do not have to reset as much as i did before. but still occasionally, I do still have to reset the system.

This model is extremely stable. I would rate it as the best dual band wifi modem router.

No problems so far...had it for 3 months...works great along with my time warner internet...

This is my second Motorola Surfboard. My first was years old and out dated. I didn't realize how much until we installed the new one. My speed went for 48Mbps to 100-120. This was pretty easy to set up once we realized our mistake. It has worked just fine for the last month we have had it.

This modem is an excellent replacement for the time warner modem which they charge for.

I'm not a tech expert, but my internet connection had been pretty good, so no complaints.

Save money instead of paying Comcast monthly payments.

Very easy setup and very capable, just takes time to truly maximize its potential for this product is my only downside to it.

I was originally went in to the store to buy a different router. The store manager helped me and recommended this one instaed. Works great! And now don't have pay monthly lease fee to my cable company. It will pay for itself in a few months. Works great with TWC.
