Exactly what's said in the Review Summary. I have to take this device back in for a replacement. Even a wired connection will sometimes be dropped from the router's tables.

This product was easy to install and has worked well to date. It saves me from a monthly rent of a modem. Wish I had purchased one sooner!

I wanted to purchase a router with the built-in wi-fi but was nervous about choosing a good and reliable product. The Customer Service Rep. at Best Buy, Alex, was great at answering questions and assisting me in purchasing the best modem for me that was compatible with my internet provider. He assured me that the setup would be quick and easy for me to understand and he was right. I am very satisfied with this modem.

It was very easy to install and not time consuming. As soon as I installed it I was able to connect to Wifi and the service and the product have been working well. For the price that I paid I am a satisfied customer and I would definitely recommend this cable modem.

I bought this router and modem thinking I will have a little bit of wider range and better connectivity. I did get the wider range, but not by much and the signal is weak. My wi-if kept on turning off and on. At times, my kids have to turn the modem off and turn it back on 10 minutes later for it to work. Not happy.

The modem is easy to install and setup but if you are trying to save money not renting from your provider it may not pay for its self.

This is a great modem. The wifi setup is quick and easy. Range covers the whole house and outside. Beats having Comcast charge $8 /month for the same thing. Only possible downside is it has no port for Digital Voice, while the Comcast provided modems have one.

This item seems to perform well for wired device but not so great on the wireless side. Very weak signal propagation.

works great and has great range... the only problem was that during installation, i had to call motorolla for help due to a factory typo of the default password.

I was hoping to use this to replace my Time Warner Modem; however, because I also have phone service with Time Warner, i was unable to use it and had to return it.

Purchased this modem/router to eliminate the monthly rental charge from Comcast. Got a great deal, on clearance, works better than the modem/ router from Comcast. Very happy with it !
