I love the graphics and the gameplay while on land. I feel that is the part of the game that players have come to love about this franchise. However, the developers placed too much emphasis on the sailing aspect of the game in this version.

Black Flag has combined everything you love from the rest of the Assassins Creed series with pirates! This allow you to sail the high seas and fulfill and dreams you may have had as a child!

I am a huge fan of the AC storyline, but unfortunately, this game, just like AC3 came up short when it comes to smooth play. The fight scenes are clunky and slow. The game constantly thinks you want to jump onto the nearest object such as railing, cannon, box, etc instead of simply allowing you to jump on the ground. When trying to run on rooftops, trees, or ropes, the game is hard to navigate from limb to limb. or branch to branch. I would suggest waiting to borrow this from a friend and save yourself the money.

I liked the storyboard game, but just a little slow starting and confusing directions at first. Had to search online for help and cues to get around too.

I have been with assassin's creed franchise since the debut of assassin's creed 1's trailer. This is a great addition to the franchise. It has incredible replayability

I might be bucking the trend of hopping on the bandwagon here, but I expected way more out of this game on PS4. The players' hair looks like yarn covered with wax, and I have run into several spots where I can see textures that make me feel like I am playing mine craft. If you are looking for a title that will show off the PS4 graphics, this is a must NOT have. Also - sailing a ship is pretty boring and I feel like some of the sailing missions just add padding to the game.
