Was tempted to skip this like I did Origins (I'm aware it's good but AC had fell flat for me) but having seen overwhelmingly positive reviews I caved and I am incredibly happy I did. The game is fantastic and there is so much to see and do. Not really a typical AC game, more of an RPG and better for it; the Ancient Greek setting is just the icing on the cake.

It has a pretty good balance of previous assassin's Creed titles, with ship to ship battles, side missions and main story. My only technical complaint is the the mechanics are a bit loose. The game plays well but they move a bit flimsy and the ai is a bit on the silly side. However the game itself is great. Great story, beautiful backdrop and at times reminds me a lot of Witcher 3 (which is one of the greatest games I've ever experienced).

This game has it all, good story and amazing visuals. A must own for any assassins creed fan.

As a long Assassins' Creed fan, and after Origins - this was a welcome treat. The large world, characters you meet, and ability to again play a male or female role is just the beginning. I sunk 100 hours into the game + Season Pass. Thoroughly enjoyed, enough to pick up Valhalla. Pros: Large Overworld Wide skill tree Many Weapons Set, etc Cons: Some side quests can get grindy Quests can feel repetitive. In a game this big, sometimes it's better to pick and choose what you'll do, but you will have fun, I know I did.

Talk about real game. Much improve assassin’s creed saga. A must play and a must have.

With new RPG elements and a stunning open world, this game has sucked me in like Witcher 3. Amazing.

My kid got this and she thinks it's totally awesome. She's loving the story line and the graphics.

This game is very large so be ready to put in many hours into it. For someone who wants to just get through the story, you'll still have to do some side quests to progress properly. There is also the option to have a true open world experience where your quests are not marked leading you to explore more. Find your style of play and run with it!
