If you are a loyal AC player, then you will definitely like this game. Graphics are good, story line is decent, and the Ancient Greece setting is just nice. However, I think there's a little bit too much to do and they are all the same thing. So if you have a lot of time to invest in one game, then that won't matter. It's also similar to AC Origins. The cool thing is that there's 2 different characters to choose from, and the story lines are different. I haven't finished Alexios' story, but after I do I will play Cassandra's story.

I have never really cared much about assassin creed's I pick one up about every 4 or so years but this caught my eye especially with the beautiful landscape and the Witcher like gameplay and gear system. If they stay similar to this I'd buy them almost everytime. Highly recommend only downside its a tad bit grindy

I bought this as a gift for my college age son who is in assassin‘s creed fan. He has played all of the prior games and was more than happy with this latest addition. He spent countless hours (probably more than he should have) and really enjoyed the continuation of the mythos. Highly recommend!

This game is 1 of the most fun from the Assassins creed series and its game graphics are incredible. There's a whole big game world to discover and alot of crafting in this game. I enjoyed the game combat and leveling system of your character also. Buy this game!!!

This game is so beautiful and so jam packed there almost too much. The main story is dragged out because you have to level up by doing a ton of side missions. But...you can avoid that by buying boosters? Seems like a money grab to me. Nonetheless...this game is worth every penny...except the micro transactions.

Odyssey is an amazing game. It is easily one of the best in the series. If you love exploration and deep story telling you’ll like it. The Greek mythology really sets it apart from the other games in the series.

This is a beautiful game and it is not a short game at all..Be prepared to spend countless hours on this game..But its great!

This is rapidly becoming one of my all-time favorites, it is simply massive. Graphics are fantastic and the storyline is good. Breathtaking scenery and colorful sidequests make Odyssey not only the best Assassin's Creed to date, but one of the best RPGs since The Witcher 3.

This is big! Gorgeous! Fun and entertaining what more can you expect!? If you liked origins I recommend picking this up! Of coarse there are some glitches here and there but the game is just so good to be bothered by any of them, it doesn’t make it unplayable, it’s just a bit annoying at times. Must buy

I thought that Origins couldn't be topped, but Ubisoft came out with Odyssey and it blew it out of the water. I noticed the number of quests doubled or tripled the amount of the last game. I found myself spending hours on side quests alone. This is a game to get lost in, and that's not a bad thing at all!

I have enjoyed this franchise from the start. Yet it did start to fall flat. The last entry with Origns was a set in the right direction. Than Oddesy takes it even further. The more this game moves towards a open world RPG the more I am engrossed in it. Should be a game of the year contender for sure.

I am a fan of the Assassin's Creed line and I have been looking into purchasing the game the day it was released. The game play is smooth and fun and I when I saw it was offered at Best Buy for such a great deal I went out and purchased my copy as soon as the store opened up. Great deal.

Takes out all the lame stuff (dying from falling, looting is easier, don't fall off your horse every 5 seconds like in red dead & a lot of other time consuming crap) from witcher 3, farcry , red dead etc. The graphics on my new QLED tv - xbox one x with a 4k hdmi cable is amazingly good.

An interesting story within the assassins creed universe that takes place in ancient Greece as war between Spartans and Athens.

I'm really liking Odyssey. Its allot of fun. Plenty of missions to do to get xp. It's not like older Assasins Creed games but still allot of fun. I would recommend to anyone that likes rpg games. I understand some dont like the change. There are options to make the game more challenging.

I have loved assassins creed since the early days, and love where they are taking the series in history. These later games, definitely including this one, remind me of Black Flag in how smooth and fun gameplay goes.

I've played several titles in this series, and this one is as enjoyable as the others. One aspect that is new to this game over its predecessors is that the world auto-levels to your player level as you progress -- hence there's no areas where you are considerably over-powered. The map is huge (seems to be the biggest yet) and will likely take quite some time to explore all of it. On a downside, bounty quests do start to feel a bit repetitive if you do many of them. Overall, good game...

I always like assassins creed with my favorite (storyline wise) being the 2 series and (combat wise) origins. I can honestly say they improved on on a lot of the great stuff that was introduced in origins. The only thing I don’t like is the block/parry system. I just find pressing the left/right button simultaneously redundant and would like to go back to it being one, thank you. I am currently 50 hours in and still haven’t finished the game. I appreciate a long game ac: odyssey does that.
