I've played several titles in this series, and this one is as enjoyable as the others. One aspect that is new to this game over its predecessors is that the world auto-levels to your player level as you progress -- hence there's no areas where you are considerably over-powered. The map is huge (seems to be the biggest yet) and will likely take quite some time to explore all of it. On a downside, bounty quests do start to feel a bit repetitive if you do many of them. I always like assassins creed with my favorite (storyline wise) being the 2 series and (combat wise) origins. I can honestly say they improved on on a lot of the great stuff that was introduced in origins. The only thing I don’t like is the block/parry system. I just find pressing the left/right button simultaneously redundant and would like to go back to it being one, thank you. I am currently 50 hours in and still haven’t finished the game. I appreciate a long game ac: odyssey does that.

This game is visually stunning and very addicting. Combat feels very similar to Origins but does have a few welcome changes. Progression has been ample enough to enjoy the game and explore new areas without worrying too much about enemies being too many levels above me.

I have yet to receive the game so I bought it online instead for cheaper. So I'm just trying to cancel the order with no luck. Game is fantastic though! It has endless amounts of side missions so it is perfect to play for everyone that is locked up!

Hi, if you love adventure games then this is for you. It feels like you are playing an epic journey in greek mythical time. It feels awesome. I love riding the horse, it feels so real. This game is very big and will take long time to complete.

I've been playing the Assassin Creed adventures from the very start, and Odyssey is collection of the best features combined with RPG (such as with The Witcher). Recommended if you want to continue to get your "assassinating on", in a different story timeline (unlike Hitman).

When the Assassin’s Creed team decided to call this game Odyssey, they weren’t fooling around. Like Homer’s tale of Odysseus, it’s an Ancient Greek romp across adventure-strewn islands, sailing wine-dark seas on a journey home. And like The Odyssey, it’s long; really long.

Imagine a cross between Black Flag and Origins. Huge map. This will keep me occupied for a while. Good work, Ubisoft.

This game is similar, but different from other Assassin Creed games. It has some really interesting changes. There are minor things that were a little annoying, but the game as a whole is great. I would definitely recommend this game. It may be my favorite since Black Flag.

This game is by far the best assassins creed game that I’ve played so much has changed in the series I’ve spent 98 hours in completing every side objective quest and story! It’s a must by for new comers and old assassins creed fans definitely my game of the year for 2018!

i was a little disappointed that it turned out this latest creed wasnt feudal japan setting & style as initially rumored but i was very happy when odyssey was announced this was easily a better choice than feudal japan for me since we have ghost of tsushima on the way

Very large world. Graphics look great on xbox s. Enjoyed the detail of the story mode.lots of side quest to upgrade character for main quest. Assassin's creed 3 remaster was nice bonus with season pass. Great game for die hard assassins creed fan or beginner

I love this game! It combines new combat skills with old, familiar ones. They added a decision-making dialogue in cut scenes much like DragonnAge where your decisions will affect the story. There’s also a naval element like Black Flag. Loving playing this game so far!!

The story is great and the graphics are amazing as always. Not a huge fan of the camera or the change in controls.

Fun, dynamic gameplay and varied open world experience make a good combo. Highly recommend if you liked Origins.

I'm about 7 hours into this game and just got the ship and I'm having tons of fun. This game combines the greatness of the land Assassin's Creed games with the fun of Black Flag's naval battles. So far, I would recommend this game to anyone who enjoys this series.

We have this game on PC already and really enjoy it. After we bought our Xbox during black Friday, this was our first game to purchase. It's a better experience to play with controller on Xbox and the game itself is attractive and interesting as the PC version.

Expansive world to explore and an enjoyable game to play on the XBox with the enhanced X features.

This is a great game if you're a fan of Assassin's Creed. It adds a little more roleplaying than you're used to in an AC game but it's a good thing. graphics are great, story's good. Gameplay is good and will take you hours to finish. I recommend this game.

This definitely verges on the RPG side of things more than its predecessors. Very enjoyable game overall, and the choice and consequence aspect is a nice touch. You can play as a male or female character as well. My favorite entry in the series thus far.
