    With the new combat system and RPG-style character elements, it is a nice addition to an aging franchise. Definitely the best Assassin's Creed in years, but not enough innovation for a five-star rating.

    I really enjoyed this entry in the franchise and liked how it differentiated itself. It was well worth it considering how long it took me to beat it. The story wasn't the most amazing thing ever though.

    I spent more time doing side quests than the actual story. Great world to explore, satisfying combat. Mediocre story, but it does keep you entertained. Probably my favorite Assassins Creed game.

    The game is beautiful. The controls are good. The story, while good, has not drawn me in as much as the Black Flag game did. While I have not gone very far in it yet, the story has not excited me.
