I've been a fan of the series since the first. I do feel it started to lose much of its depth after moving away from the Desmond storyline, and was very dissatisfied with Unity, but this game brings back a similar sense of charm and passion not seen since Etzio. It still lacks a deeper outerworld plot, or so it seems for the time being, but the characters are striking, as are the locales of the sweeping, open world. Much of the side quests and random outposts smack of typical Ubisoft, but it nevertheless feels very much like a living, breathing world. Story is a bit out there but I like that. Combat would be my only complaint -- it's not terrible, just hit and miss, and a bit more brutal/less elegant than previous iterations. Sometimes it feels engaging, but mostly it feels sloppy. Still, as long as I can creep through the shadows and stealth kill, I generally don't worry much about it. And this in no ways ruins the game for me, I'd just prefer to see more work on that facet of the game. All in all, I highly recommend it for fans of the series who also enjoy typical Ubisoft open-world games. It's not perfect, but all around a solid experience.

Massive map, better control, Hey Ubisoft if this is what an extra year of development gets us sign me up.

Never cared for this franchise until this Edition absolutely one of the best video games I've ever played!

Long game ! Plenty to do ! Love the new combat system ! Awesome weapons. Worth the 60 bucks, just get it !

Burnt out by the franchise so it is good to see they decide to stop pumping out the game every year and decided to revamp the game rather than using everything over and over again

One of my favorite, if not favorite, Assasins Creed games. Story, action and adventure are all top notch.

I admit that I skipped the last couple iterations if this game, but I am really glad that I got this one.

It's been 2 years since Assassin's Creed Syndicate, now Origins is here. This is not a reboot only a new game retelling how the Creed began. You play as Bayek of Siwa, a Medjay protector of Egypt who along with his wife Aya begin their conquest against the Order of Ancients. Love the new game, I only hated leveling up, which by the way is level 40. I'm hoping they add a new plus game so I can play it with all of my gear and stats already on max.

A very fun open world assassin’s creed game exploring time for all

Got this for my son for Christmas and he loves it! The graphics are very good and very fun game to play.

Game is fun and the story is interesting. Ubisoft took all good parts of other games to put in this one.

My daughter loves this games. She said it's the best graphics so far on any of the Assassin Creed games.

Title says it all, great game and smart move by Ubisoft to take a year off to make better Assassins game.

This game lives up to it's reputation. It is as good if not better than it's counterparts in the series.

I purchased this game as a gift. My son loves it and the graphics along with the PS4 Pro look fantastic.

This is my favorite assassins creed game so far. Hours of fun i can't wait until the new dlc comes out.

Biggest jump in the franchise since Black Flag. Absolutely amazing gameplay. Looks amazing with my Pro.

And this is a good change, can compare to horizon zero dawn. Little repetitive but at least is trying something new so I support and hope they improve and give us a 10/10 next

Like any game it will not appeal to everyone. It has minor problems. But the story. The rewards for exploring. Everything with it is just beautiful and crafted expertly. Honestly the only game where I would actively just go explore to find cool places to see. 10/10 would reccomend.
