Honestly really like this game a good bit, been enjoying it leveling isnt too bad and the game even on hard brings some excitement that is for sure. If your looking for a time killer that has excellent graphics and a decent story then this is a great game for you.

Five star setting. The lands and the scenery are very detailed and appear well researched. But there are a few things which keep this from a 5 star review. It is basically another Assassin's Creed game without much innovation. Sure there is a big new world to explore... and it is really interesting to do so... but it's a lot of the same mechanics, the same feel, the same the same the same. Which isn't terrible... but I like looking at Elder Scrolls as an example. The release one main game maybe every 5 years. And then many fun expansions for much less than a full game price. But each new title in the series (not expansions) feels different and unique. Similar but different enough to keep them fresh. So if Ubisoft could just get that little bit of 'fresh and new' feeling into their titles, that would be great! The one time I really felt they made a big update was when they released Black Flag. That felt fresh and new and interesting. So bottom line... cool game, cool setting, but if you are an AC veteran, it's a lot more of the same. Take the good and the meh. Also, microtransactions are sometimes okay, but 'time savers'? Not cool. But I guess people can use or avoid at their own choosing... but they are kind of right there and kind of annoyingly in your face... But I guess that's the way the gaming industry is heading... sigh... But I did not ding the game rating because you choose if you want to use them.

Haven’t really enjoyed assassins creed since Black flag, but this one is fantastic. Love the setting in Egypt, the gameplay has enough tweaks and changes to feel fresh, and I just can’t recommend it enough. A return to form for the assassins creed franchise.

While I am not a gamer, I absolutely LOVED the movie, when my teenage son asked me for this game I figured we could check it out. It’s absolutely amazing! The graphics are gorgeous, the story is awesome, and it just doesn’t disappoint in any way. Huge fan!

Terrific continuation in the AC franchise. Compelling storyline and great gameplay, as usual. Can’t wait to pick up the next installment once I complete this game.

If you've recently purchased an Xbox One X, do yourself a favor and pick up this game to get a good idea of it's visual potential. Not only is the visually stunning, but the gameplay, storyline and voice acting are excellent as well. Highly recommended!

After assassin's creed II, there is no other assassin creed game got me into it until Origin. This is refreshing and the setting is one of the best. Who doesn't want to explore ancient Egypt while assassinating bad guy. no regret of buying this game !!

Since my purchase, I’ve beaten the game, and man was it great. The story is so good, as well as the combat. This is my new favorite game, and I’d recommend it to anyone.

I’ve been a fan of the AC games since the beginning, but Origins was a way to shake up the franchise. The graphics are amazing and being able to roam around the map at your leisure is amazing. Having so much freedom to roam and do quests when you want kind of leaves the actual story a little convoluted, but overall it was a great game!

It is a fun game. Takes time to get through the story line but it is entertaining

This game is excellent. I've logged over 100 hours and am just now getting into the dlc missions. Great combat system and engrossing story. It has a huge map to explore and numerous side quests to distract you.

This game is better than all previous AC games. The combat is real and not just button mashing. The locations are very well done. Only the NPCs are a bit dumb but overall very fun game. Can spend about 100 hours in it.

AC Origins provides the player with a vibrant, open world. On the Xbox One X, players can enjoy 4k resolution with HDR, allowing the details and colors of the world to show as designed. Game play is long, sometimes taking too long to complete a simple task, but very fluid. This is unlike any Assassins Creed game before it.

I've been a die hard Assassin's Creed fan since the first gen but I skipped a bunch in the series as the stories were getting too repetitive. This, however, is worth the time to play. Recommended!

The AC franchise does it again with another amazing game. As with many of the games, getting used to the new controls takes a minute to figure out. Amazing graphics and action. It seems endless.

This is a pretty good game overall but I have been playing assassins creed odyssey for the past couple of months and it is a far better game as far as the controls and gameplay so if I would have played them in order I probably would have liked this game a lot more but still a great game.

I love Black Flag and this is right up there for me. An Assassin's Creed classic! This game is fun and while I enjoyed the story line of Black Flag more, this one is really good too and seems pretty long.

This is maybe the best assassins creed game to date. It is visually stunning on the Xbox one x. The story and environment are top notch would recommend this to anyone who is a fan of this franchise.
