This games shortcomings are the same as a lot of the recent entries in the series, it never makes you actually care about the main protagonists. The gameplay is very good and the story is passable. If you're a fan of AC already then you won't be disappointed, just don't expect anything groundbreaking or very different from the previous games.

Honestly, I'm not a gamer by any means, but this game is challenging, engaging, and most importantly, a quick learn. It's drenched in historical detail, and the game play is seamless. Also, the franchise has now evolved into the Industrial Age and the use of new technologies has made this an added bonus. This has quickly become my favorite game of all time (going all the way back to Super Techno Football and Mario).

Just like previous versions this game beats the previous games. Very fun and great story line

As we all know, Assassin's Creed has been hit and miss for awhile now. This one is more of a hit and far better than unity. Look up some pro reviews if you don't believe me. My only complaint is that they give two protagonists and set them up as a dichotomy, on for stealth and one for force. The game makes you play both of them as somewhere in the middle and because of that I would rather have one protagonist to focus on developing.

So far an awesome experience...good graphics, interesting story line and fantastic gameplay.

I love this game and the fact that you can easily switch between characters. This is a first for the franchise and they truly do have 2 different fighting styles and techniques between the brother and sister main characters. My only qualm is they still have not returned to the original Assassin's creed online multiplayer. It was fun. They should work on bringing it back and find ways to improve that

The latest Assassin's Creed title is very accessible, has a great storyline and doesn't drag like a few of the other titles in the series. My daughter was home for college and I had to encourage her to please let me play the game because she was obsessed with completing it over her 1 month winter break. Alas, we both have played and loved the game. The DLC looks promising too based on the reviews I have seen.

Ive had the opportunity to play and beat AC2 - the Ezio series as well as brotherhood, black flag and Unity. AC3 was horrible - BUT AC Syndicate is the best AC out there!!! It incorporates lots of stealth similar to splinter cell and fighting similar to Batman arkham series! Its real fun to play and not that many glitches compared to Unity. I would definitely recommend getting this game if you are a fan of AC!!

Love slicing necks, shooting and throwing knives. Good story line and lots of extras!!

Bought this for my daughter.she loves it fantastic graphics great story line.smooth play.

But, it does have a few faults.. Namely, naval combat (which was one of the best aspects of the recent AC games) hasn't come back. Also, the story was a bit bland, and doesn't carry the same punch as the trilogy that revolved around Desmond. Combat is much more fluid than AC Unity, and the various systems of the game seem to work better together. A great purchase when on sale, but not worth the full ticket price!

Syndicate is like every other Assassin's Creed. The gameplay is the exact same as other AC games, but I'm still drawn to it. Unity to me felt like a mess, while Syndicate feels a lot more organized and is not overwhelming like Unity. The ability to play and train up two different characters is also unique to the series. Overall this game is still very fun and I would recommend to anybody who likes 'sandbox' games.

This particular instance of AC is quite exceptional. It captures all of the glory of the previous versions. Additionally, the flow and pace of this game is nearly theatrical in scope. The cut-scenes are timed just right and do not take up too much time. The story-line of the game leaves enough room for the game creators to expand this series into new directions and to add new characters.
