The game is beautiful and I had high hopes for it after Black Flag. Unfortunately only after playing the first few missions I fell through the world, had the game freeze, and failed a mission due to getting stuck on a random NPC while chasing down a target. The game is still fun and will most likely get fixed but for now it is just average.

Came with my system purchase. Have yet to play the game.

The game is good so far. Black flag was the first assassins creed game I played and I loved it! So I figured this game would be just as good if not better. The game lacks in some areas like combat and at times it feels a bit glitchy. You also have to download the companion app on your smart phone in order to unlock content which can be annoying if trying to complete the game 100%. Also, you need to play multiplayer in order to unlock items in single player which could be annoying for someone who doesn't own xbox live

really not a great game... the company that made it actually apologized for all the flaws publicly... If you are a hardcore AC fan then its worth $10 but not much more..

I am an Assassin's Creed fan. I have played every console release, including DLC and standalone arcade titles. I bring that up only so you'll understand the gravity when I say that this game is GARBAGE. I'll try to keep it short: -The missions are numerous, similar and tedious. -Co-op and microtransactions are thrust upon you, with no clear benefit for the latter and a genuinely unfun experience for the former. -Traversing the map is terrible. The game way overcompensates for movement, making the free running parts frustrating beyond belief. Even simple moves from the old games are all but impossible, as you're more likely to just give away your position as you bounce around uncontrollably. -Combat is the worst. Very tedious. Not fun. No defense against firearms, which every enemy in this game carries and uses liberally. Thanks to this game, I will NEVER preorder an Assassin's Creed game again. This game has obvious problems, there is no way the developer didn't know about them. Play Assassin's Creed Rogue or Black Flag for your AC fix. This game is for the hardcore, desperate or masochists only. I hope Ubisoft get's it back together soon.
