Great Idea : Horribly Executed

All the new aspects of the game are great...parkour, combat, cut scenes, sandbox assassinations, even the side missions are enjoyable.....but NONE of it works properly. Literally every time I start fighting somebody, the Frame rate drops to a horrible level...not just kinda bad....like really bad. They have the system, they just need to make sure it can work....because it doesn't.
