After the amazing game of assassin‘s creed odyssey this next game in the series is just a complete disappointment. The storytelling is incredibly lackluster and not engaging. The gameplay is terrible. They clearly tried to go back to the old assassin‘s creed gameplay and lost all of the amazing things they did an odyssey. On top of the terrible storyline, the game is so glitchy and buggy it is unplayable on the PS4. None of the abilities work well. Enemy targeting is awful. And they went back to the old model where you can’t kill most NPC‘s. The map and menu system is awful.

By itself it a really good game. Compared to other Assassin Creed games i found it very lacking. The story was very repetitive, doing the 2 second side quests was more entertaining than the actual story. Was very quick to beat the actual story.

I enjoyed the game, except for two aspects: 1) it was too buggy - I didn't get to finish everything because of bugs; and 2) it's a bit too woke and pc for my taste.

Well I started playing it directly after I finished Assassins creed Odyssey and I felt differently like I didn’t actually like the first impression on the game, but as I said I just started and maybe things will change!!!!

AC Odyssey was a much better game than Valhalla. The pacing of the game is ok. The storyline is just ok. The game is fine. You won’t have a great time playing but you’ll have a good time.

It was expensive. My friend thought this was going to be a fast game, but its a very hard game to beat, I just wish there was a way for you to sell used games like Gamestop or Bookoff. Thank you

Although Best Buy delivered this successfully, we discovered, very quickly, that it is not good for teens, adults, or anyone interested in action games. It does not provide the best graphics.

Honestly I dont like this game. Wish I did not buy it. Luckily I got it on a $20 deal Assassins Creed Unity is 100x better

Somewhat entertaining. I never was a big fan of Assassin's Creed, but this one is better than other ones I've tried.

Yeah no, this game had some potential but was extremely dull and boring. For UBISOFT to release this with numerous glitches and constant issues with gameplay...just ridiculous. Almost seems like this was just put together without any testing or thought of addressing gameplay issues. I probably played this on and off for a couple weeks and its been collecting dust ever since.

Graphics are not as great as odyssey. Story is not bad but it would be great if you could have a companion with you until it dies like odyssey.

Ubisoft shoud make more changes, just different place with different characters

Boring game with boring gameplay. Odyssey was much better at keeping me engaged.

The game is fun but the loading screens are ridiculously long. Lots to do on the game tho

so much potential. there were a lot of great moments but the glitches and bugs made it intolerable. cannot recommend due to glitches and bugs. started glitching right at beginning of game and couldn't progress in the game for a long time. glitchiest assassin's creed game yet. kept getting stuck in the floor or walls.

I really gave this game a fair shot, I loved the concept, the viking backdrop is cool, but it’s just such a copy and paste open world where you do the same 5 mundane things over and over again for 200 hours, and I’m all set with that
