Started off great. I loved the serious tone and a more “realistic” approach to the world along with less fantastical combat. After soaking hours and hours into this one it slowly overstayed it’s welcome. For about 75% of the game I restricted myself to only traveling on horseback, no fast travel. You know soak in the environment, be one with nature haha but after a while it just became too tedious. Go to alliance map, ride to quest marker, go back to camp. You do this the entire length of the game and it just lost its luster with me. The part towards the end “snowy mountain cave” things got so ridiculous that I was constantly rolling my eyes. Oh, not only that I had to look up whether or not the last quest I finished was in fact the end of the game. When someone has to look up whether you’ve beat the game isn’t a good way to end your game. No credits or nothing, the game just doesn’t have any form of finality to it therefore it makes you feel like why the heck did I even bother playing this.

Game has been sick so far. 2 days in and can’t stop playing. Graphics are great, had a minor issue with gameplay because I did too many side quests early in. Almost froze the game but just had to find the right order of quests to play to “unlock” the main storyline again. Other than bug that it’s an A+ game.

This was a purchase for Christmas so I can not objectively provide a review. I do not play the games and thus I really have no knowledge other than past games I've seen that we've given as presents. This post was done to get the reward points for the Best Buy reward points.

Best assassin's creed game ever. Pre-ordered it and didn't get the 10$ my reward zone certificate though. Had to call corporate and they still haven't sent it to my email. Guess I have to call them again to get 10$ reward certificate promised when pre-ordering game. Amazing game overall though. Tons of fun.

I was really hesitant on getting this game. But I gotta say it really is awesome, looks and plays great. My only complaint is there are some glitches and my turtle beach 600 won’t work on this game and this is the only game that I have a problem with. The audio cuts in and out constantly! I’m sure they’ll have a patch for both of these things soon though. Other than those’s little issues I would definitely recommend this game.

AWESOME! I don't really know what to write in this review because I bought this for my boyfriend but he loves it! Assassin's creed is awesome. I played them backwards from the newest to the oldest game and it actually made sense. I need to play them all over again because it's supa cool. Yay.

I decided this would be my first native 4k game for my new Xbox series X and i have to say it does not disappoint, if your not into assassins creed games then obviously you won't like it. It looks gorgeous and detail is amazing on the next gen console. The only reason i gave it 4 stars is because it still has a little bit of bugs but other than that it plays and looks great on a 4k tv.

I've only played a few hours of this game but really like how it's set-up. there are a lot of noticeable similarities with the other AC versions but there is also enough variation that it doesn't feel like the same game. the graphics and detail are what one would expect from the AC world as well.

Fun game, pretty fun for a novice like me. Great graphics.

Great game over all but buggy and drawn out longer than it should be. After how much I loved AC Odyssey I was anxious to jump into Valhalla. This game is good but just doesn't have the same polish and excellent characters as Odyssey. The necessary grinding was a bit much, as well. This game could have been half the length and been a better experience. That said, there is still a lot to offer and enjoy here.

Graphics are incredible. The game play is pretty similar to other Assassins' Creed games.

Amazing game. This was my first Assassins Creed game to own and I’ll definitely buy more in time. Premier game for the new console launches in 2020. The open-world is extremely well-designed with tons of side missions & stories to keep the player occupied. I highly recommend.

Another injury. Looks great on the new Xbox.I got it as a launch title. The rail tracing and other enhancements on the new air spots really make it look great. It’s fun enough, but I actually haven’t finished it yet in December. Basically it’s the same as the last two assassin’s creed’s. Not a lot of variation as to gameplay style If it wasn’t a lunchtime and I probably would’ve waited for it to be on sale

So far one of my favorites from the Assassins Creed lineup. You’ll get your money’s worth as there is plenty to do here. Story line is superb, as well as all the secondary story lines you’ll encounter as you explore the game. I logged in 180 hours, and counting. You won’t be disappointed.

I've been playing this franchise since the beginning and I have to admit I always look forward to the next installment. IMHO, Valhalla is a real plus to the series. I haven't finished the game yet, but I am enjoying it. It's a bit different then the previous games. Stealth isn't a guarantee to success, for example. Also, it is a very long game. I personally enjoy long games but this might not be for you.

Game world is enormous. If you're familiar with the latest entries in Assassin's Creed this will feel no different. Tons of stuff to do in the game and easily a 100+ hour game. I think Origins was the better of the three as it had the "origin" of the Creed and Valhalla has almost nothing to do with Assassin's. Overall Valhalla is awesome for what it is and Vikings.

The game is overall amazing! I love the graphics and the game too. I like how the story starts off with a plot and it shows us what out main mission will probably be in the later future. I rate this game 10/10 and recommend this game to others who love the assassins creed trilogy!!!!!!

While I have not been a fan of the recent Assasain's Creed games, Valhalla mixes the best of the previous games, having a good amount of side missions that are enjoyable while maintaining a great main story. The free roam is rewarded and the graphics are beyond anything seen before.

Another good assassins creed game. Fun to play and the story keeps you interested.
