I’ve played almost every AC and this one is at the bottom of my list. Storyline is lame and the game play is pretty stale at this point.

Good action. Hard to follow or understand. Concept made no sense

Amazing Game but it deleted my game save and I lost 40 hours worth of gameplay. I’ll never play t again.

Bought the game for a Christmas present. Doesn’t work, put it in and it would not even load. Bad drive

Arrived over 3 weeks later than scheduled. Returned it unopened.

I dropped out of the Assassin’s franchise for a few years, as gameplay seemed repetitive with just a different landscape and another fictional historical theme to play. Valhalla got my attention as I’ve always had an interest in Vikings. Then I heard about “Raids” with your Viking shipmates and knew I had to play this game. Yes, this version of Assassins has everything the fan club following enjoys; treasure hunting, numerous weapon, armor, attack, cloak, horse, upgrades. All while traversing the diverse and amazingly beautiful landscapes of Norway and England. To date some of the absolute best graphics and physics I’ve seen in a game. Which won’t surprise AC fans, as this franchise has always dominated game engine graphics. Here’s what you may not like; some very mature themes like, drinking contests, use of hallucinating shrooms to solve in game puzzles and nudity. I find video game nudity silly and turned it off in game settings mode. The cinema cut scenes get boring, wish there was a tomb raider action button or a skip button as I just want to play the game; not watch a video game movie. As in other AC games you will find yourself burning countless hours completing minor tasks that aren’t exactly relevant to the main mission. Gold hunting, searching for books of knowledge, animal hunting, fishing, synchronizing new maps and simply traveling the vast open landscape for whatever new adventures lye ahead. Example, I literally thought my game or Xbox was glitching in an area on the London map, only to find the glitch was intentionally done and that it was a broken data sync with the Animus System that needed repair. I was blown away by this ingenious in-game surprise puzzle, which I originally thought was a game glitch. Some may find these in game nuggets annoying. I have over 10 hours in the game and only scratched the surface. I’m excited to keep playing for other surprises that lay ahead. I read online if you complete minimal side quests and go for main mission, the game is taking 30-40 hours to complete. I’ve taken my time exploring the mind blowing worlds and side quests. So I expect this will take me a minimum 100hrs, but just in time for COVID quarantine-round 2. Escape our world for a bit to play in Ubisoft’s masterpiece of another brilliantly done Assassin’s Creed. A well done adventurousness game!!! 5 Stars

Had a great feel from the start and a nice immersive story. You don’t need to be an assassins creed super fan or have played any previous titles to enjoy this game. Love the graphics on the next gen it’s so detailed and beautiful environment. Best assassin creed since black flag.

I'll probably get flamed for this, but bear with me. As far as Assassin's Creed games go, this is low on the totem pole. As far as open world, hack and slash puzzlers, it's decent. There are so many unresolved bugs that it sometimes gets frustrating and you just stop playing. Nothing like getting stuck in solid rock, and having to shut down the game to bring it up. I also was able to kill a legendary animal by just hacking at it. It was stuck in the ground about 100 feet above the cave it was supposed to be in. Don't get me wrong, there's plenty to do, the graphics are pretty, and it is fun. Too many bugs however, detracts from any game (Ubisoft are you listening). Overall, I'd rank it as one of the lowest in the franchise. Now if they'd just have called this game Viking Berserker or something else, my rating would have been higher. Finally, I'm convinced that even when these are released, they are still in Beta. :)

Probably my favorite Assassins Creed game from the combat, lore, traversal, and Weapons this game is great by itself even if you haven't played and of the games prior especially if you love Viking history

I LOVE all assassins creed video games, and this one was so good! I absolutely LOVED it and still do! the gaming quality, the picture, the graphics, the voices, the easy mode, the hard mode, everything about this game is worth every penny. I am usually don't review video games, but this one had been top notch, along with the mother assassins creed games!!!

This game is absolutely stunning. If you are able to play it on a next gen console or a powerful PC, you can really admire the beauty of Nordic landscapes. The combat is also improved from Origins IMO.

This is one of my favorite video games and I've been enjoying all the new updates so much. I will admit yes, there are a lot of bugs when it comes to new updates but they do get fixed with time. The game is so much fun and I've really enjoyed learning about the vikings while playing as an assassin .

The price point was very good for a very good game. It was an easy process to purchase the game online.
