Product works fine, it’s just disappointing that tou need to purchase this extra piece for the ps5. Would make more sense to just have it included or built in into the headset

This adapter works great for my headset and I love that I am able to use my optical cable for my headset with my ps5

Honestly this is not acceptable. I still haven’t received my order it’s been 12 days , I had to return another device due to this item not getting delivered it keeps saying delayed with no update . I’m never doing an online order again . When I first placed the order it told me I would receive next day . Online orders do not give you accurate information. Don’t waste your time with online orders . I even went to the store they told me they can’t do anything in there end because it was an online order I just wanted it cancel the order or have it reshipped they said I have to call & once I called it’s hard to get a hold of someone . Worst experience

I wanted for this to work. Unfortunately, my screen kept blinking and hdr would not activate once the blinking stopped. The fact the this was not compatible with 120hz and 1440p was a letdown as well. I own a 2018 Samsung Q8FN and plugged the optical wire from my astro a50 gen 2 directly to the tv. There is a notable lag, so i used the atmos option for the headset on my xbox series x and this seemed to have stopped the audio lag. The sound is still a bit distorted though but not horrible. Wait for a better option.

just what i needed for the ps5 astro a50 it works headphone are a ok i recommend it to whoever hit the wireless a50

It works as it should. Kind of wish they had done hdmi 2.1 for higher frame rates but it is what it is

Definitely a must when i purchased the a50 a little hard to figure out how to use at first.

Although you can’t use 120fps fully it’s alright for some multiplayer games

Was poor in comparison to other similar products. In fact I think they discounted this product until they came out with a new version because of the bugs it has. I ended up returning it.
