Must have if headset uses optical port

Needed to use your headset with Next Gen consoles

I think the price is a little expensive for this adapter especially for the the fact that this does not support HDMI 2.1

Works fine for 60hz

Owned for 11 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.So I bought this to hook my Astro Mixamp to my PS5 and unfortunately it only allows 60hz passthrough so it didn’t work for me. Ended up returning it and looking up alternatives that allow 120hz passthrough, they are not ‘official’ but they do the job better. I don’t use the Mixamp anymore but if you don’t need 120hz you should be good using this.
