The only "CONCERN" is that is very warm. I have it hooked up to my PS5 rear USB for power, and HDMI in/out then optical to my older Astro A40 headset. I have only used it for 8 hours and no issues yet,

Needed this adapter to have chat mix available. It’s works! Only criticism is I think that it’s HDMI 2.0 instead of 2.1 and can affect the maximum framerate.
