    These were good sounding but not a great quality product the microphone broke off the first week

    Bought this new headset hoping it would out do my old one. I was wrong the sound quality and noise canceling is no where ner par. Not to mention the left earphone has now compleyly lost sound!

    Find something else. Better options. They are lightweight but ears get hot fast. I also do not find these comfortable. Sound is also not very good. Game sound is very low. I can hear who im talking with just fine. Unfortunately can barely hear the games. I bought earlier today and plan on returning tonight or tomorrow.

    Poorly manufactured headphones. First set would not maintain a connection and the sound was bad when it did. Returned it to store for a replacement and the second set had all of the same problems as the first.

    DO NOT BUY!!!!! The manufacturer has MANY reviews telling how the microphone falls off. We have returned 3 sets. Moved on to a different brand.

    I like the sound and the mic is good for an average gamer. However, the cushions are too tight for me and my ears start paining after an hour or so. Absolutely hate that part. The cushions arent that soft too.

    I have used Astro my entire gaming career, and I decided to upgrade my boyfriend’s headset, and he LOVES them. They are super light on all of my ear piercings, don’t create weight pain, flexible, and genuinely they look amazing.

    Worked for 2 months, but the volume was always very low. Then left side ear speaker went out. The return process is horrible. I live 45m from the store. In order for Logitech to take it back (1 yr warranty) I have to get a letter from the store that says they will not take it back (2 week return policy--next time buy from Wal-Mart!). They cannot provide this letter except for in person. I have to drive 1.5 hrs to get a letter from the store saying it cannot be returned so the Logitech company will process their own warranty for a $60 headset....
