Decent Low Price Headet
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This is a decent, comfortable gaming headset if you're in need of one but don't have the money for something higher end like the Astro A40. Unlike the A40, this headset does NOT have a detachable mic and it also does not have a mute button on the cable. Instead there is a volume control knob where the mute button is on the A40.

They are comfortable to wear as well. The only issue I would say come with these are that they aren't completely noiseproof, which isn't too big of a concern for me but may be for those that take gaming seriously.

Exactly what I wanted

Sounds are clear and easy to hear. Only thing to keep in mind is, make sure that you plug in the jack all the way on the headphone. Even if you think its in make sure to push it further to double check. Had the impression that it was in, but sound was off so I had to push the jack in more.

Great purchase

So far they haven't disappointed as my kids have not had any issues with them. Not your high end and expensive Headset but still pretty good for the money spent. They use them for school and for their play station. I would definitely recommend them.

Now the house is beyond quite - goodbye explosive noise- and they are crazy comfortable as well! Though I have heard them say that the mic quality isn't the best, but compared to a pair of new razor headphones I bought -and returned- these were nearly perfect! I would highly recommend!
