I traded it in for one that wasn't and I'm satisfied with the service I've received through the Longmont location as well as the quality of the non defective merchandise.

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.bought this headset and thought they had sent me a cord with a short in it turns out after watching a couple of youtube videos this is a common issue. make sure the plug is pushed as far as it will go. definitely takes some force to shove it through.
