    We've owned 3 of these exact same headsets. The wires keep shorting out after about 6-7 months. I'm not sure if it's the product or the usage (my son is 11). The headsets work just fine, but the cord has to be held just right for the mic to work when it starts to go bad. It's been the same problem with all the headsets.

    Nice wired set for long gaming sessions. Using it with ps4 controller and cable length is good plus detachable. Lift the mic for mute.
