Having used wireless for a while, I decided to go wired. First I went with a competing brand (TB) which still required charging. After having an issue I decided to try Astro again. I’m extremely pleased with these headphones. These sound great, have a great mic and are comfortable for long gaming sessions. I appreciate not needing to change but that does mean volume won’t be as loud as a powered version. It’s loud enough but some may prefer something louder.

They headphones sound great however the game chat and overall volume could be louder. They are solid for a non powered unit.

    Purchased a Faulty Headset

Was excited to purchase my very first gaming headset, but came back home extremely disappointed. Although the headset is comfortable and I liked the fabric ear cups, the mic did not work at all and the volume was very low. Searched YouTube videos to see if I didn't set this up correctly, but came to the conclusion that I received a faulty product. Plus, plugging in the headset to my controller is an absolute drain in battery where my controller only lasted 30 minutes. Had no choice but to return the headset to BestBuy for a refund.

Really like this headset, bought it to replace a defective headset. Only complaint is that it lacks volume but overall decent. Would recommend.

I purchased this headset because at the store the headset was set up pretty loud. The actual product I took home was not as loud and gave me issues at first. Wanted to return it but sadly my husband throw out the box. Would t buy this ever again.

These were probably the worst headphones I've ever bought. Do not waste your money on them. The volume is useless they can't turn up very loud and the mic is not very good either. I've had better luck with dollar store earbuds just saying. Returned immediately. Not real sure why Astro would place their name on such a poor product.
