I don't know if I got a damaged set but the bass on these sounded great but the voices and certain sounds on certain games were very soft almost unnoticeable. The entire sound coming from these headsets was very distant

The headphones look nice but, when I put them on, Only one side of the headphones actually works. Also when that one side was working, the sound quality was poor.

The chat audio is great and I have no complaints with that. My complaint on these headphones is the game audio is super low. You can barely hear any footsteps.

The sound is just so weird and muffled. Even the mic sounds that way. They look cool and all, but sound quality is shocking! They’re getting returned for something else tomorrow.

May just be an issue with this one in particular, but the headphones don’t work well with the jack. I have a warranty and will go to replace them, but for the moment, agitated.

The headset and microphone stopped working And we have had them less them less than a month. I’d give it zero stars if I could.

Sound is fine but microphone is not the best, can barley hear my voice when the microphone is all the way max

I purchased this item for my sons and i had to go to the store and exchange it 3 times already, they don’t work. this product should be check because i think all the ones in the store it’s malfunctioning and again i have to go to exchange it the one i got lately, its soooo disappointing especially that best buy is a very well known company , i am not satisfied with my purchase. Very dissatisfied very disappointed

When I received my headphones they didn’t work the mic didn’t pickup sound and the right headphone didn’t have any sound

Not so great sound and the feel is the worst. I wouldn’t recommend this with for Ps gaming or any gaming. It works for music and movies.

Trash……. Low volume. If you play call of duty you can not hear the foot steps of intruders

Worked for about 2 weeks then the mic just gave out and they don’t work. And Best Buy won’t return then because it’s after the 14 days

I bought them for my son after. They worked great at first then after a few months the cable stopped working had to buy a replacement

Not what I was expecting. Loose fit & not the quality you would expect a gaming headset to have. I ended up returning this item

Im playibg COD and the audio is not clear…some dollar tree headphones.

My friend has this headset, to which I enjoyed using it and decided to buy one of my own. But when it arrived, it was defective; I’m only able to hear out of one side of the headset and the mic doesn’t work either! Very disappointed in the purchase.

I didn't not like the feel of this headset, not comfortable. Could not switch the microphone to both sides.
