Need to replace aux cord commonly

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Left ear does not work so I ordered an aux cord from a more reliable manufacturer to replace it because I don't think return and exchange would fix the problem. I had this same problem with an A10 headset that I ordered from Best buy about 2 years ago. Quality control needs to be much better for the aux cords. Headphones work well. The aux cord is the problem.

Seems like this product is hit or miss for some. For some it works good, for others, it’s terrible. Looks like I got a bad product. No matter house much I tried, I could barely hear a thing with this.

Compared to others...

The lower end models of Turtle Beach we had before were even better than these. Ended up returning them after one day and purchased the TB 600, and WOW, what a difference. Sorry, Astro. These just don’t cut it.

Mic stopped working

I tried changing controllers, but still not working. I made a report with the company since I can no longer return it to Best Buy. I’ve had cheaper headsets from Walmart last longer than this. Never again!!
