So i bought this in hoping on receiving it the next day just like best buy promised, unfortunately my order got delayed not once but twice, i haven’t opened the product yet but i am disappointed in best buy for not keeping their word and so i give a 1 star.

I was a few days over return date and I needed to return these because the sound quality is horrible. I can’t hear and neither can my customers who say I sound like I am in a tunnel. Please do better Best Buy and extend return policies due to COVID.

I expected better from astro. This headset isn't too comfortable.

I bought this about a year ago. And I used it pretty moderately, but what I noticed was I has a dent on my head that fits perfectly on the padding. It’s a large dent and it bad.Please don’t buy it the padding is horrible. Go with hyper x or Corsair or somethingwith good padding.

Absolutely horrible. The sound quality it’s like a 3 out of 10 in my opinion. The left earphone doesn’t work at all. Will be returning them most likely tomorrow. I’d give it a zero if I could.

Great sounding headphones with a decent feel to them. Wouldn't really recommend using for 8 hours of use but for quick gaming sessions these are a great pair

These headphones were to hot and hurt the top of my head

Only 1 side works and that’s only if the cord is partially plugged into the remote. If it’s plugged all the way in it sounds under water.

Hi, PS4 gamer here. Headset arrived with RH ear dead, also after unplugging and replugging stereo sound was terrible and muffled. HyperX is a way better headset.

The children at my learning pod complained that the product squeezed the ears. I notice after three days the earphones developed a shortage. I plan to return all the ones I purchased.

My kids have had this headset before. This one never worked and it is past the returnable date. Not sure I will purchase again.

Stopped working after 8 months. Messed around with the wires got it to restart but then conked out again. Do not recommend.

I bought 2 of these for Christmas for my kids only one ear works you can't hear anything out of the left side on both headsets!! Going back for a refund never again!

you can hear every pin and tear drop in the background. i felt so bad for everyone playing w. me. it picks up all background noise. super sad.

it does not work. I figured that out after passing the time for return. I do not recommend it to a friend

I would not recommend this product. I’ll be returning as soon as i get time. Cheaply made. Sound goes in & out.

I bought this for my son as a gift and it doesn’t work. Unfortunately by the time he told me one of the war pieces were broken too much time passed to return them.

This headset is not great for trying to play competitive audio game because it sounds very distant and is hard to make cal outs on a bad mic
