The headset are great only complaint is that they don’t have a mute button

After using this headset for less than a year. The cord is already tapping out. It doesn’t connect well with the Xbox. I would not recommend it. it suffered no damage.

Purchased just under 6 weeks ago. My son can’t hear out of one side of the headphones all ready. He puts them away gently and watches how he wears them and doesn’t have a high volume on them. Very disappointed that they are broken. Not worth the money.

Feel cheap. Sound is ok. Not so comfy after a while.

For a wired head set it is ok. But wireless is much nicer

I have a fairly small head for a mid-thirties guy, and these were just too loose. If I leaned forward, they would fall onto my keyboard. Additionally, my friends on the other end of the microphone complained that my voice was too low, even with all of the volumes cranked to 100%.

20 minutes into using the headset for my first time. The volume was cutting in and out and it had to have the wire wiggled a bit to sound good. I Ended Ip returning

So after that, I couldn’t get to download then you gotta get a subscription to kind of cheesy to get the quality of sound that you think you’re purchasing, and on top of that you gotta like future through everything just to find your type of headset so that being said, the key was already messed up on me. I’m not even rough with my my my gadgets you know, so yeah I guess I’m gonna refund this one.

Wanted to get headphones for using my Xbox one and it honestly doesn't work for extended periods of time. I have to unplug from the headphone and controller after two hours,which defeats the package saying it has long lasting comfort.

Returning today after owning for a week. It seems you have to wiggle the wired connection at the left ear a bit to hear audio in both sides. Sometimes you have to pull it out a bit or the audio fades. Last night I linked with the squad and could not get the microphone to work after googling solutions. Mic was pulled down and went to audio settings via xbox to try to resolve. I could hear the game + the squad but my comms were out. I plugged in my factory headset and could talk to my team fine.

it would probably be OK if it was a kid using them but for myself or my man didn't seem to have consistent good quality it would blank out off and on and so that is why i only give it 2 stars

These headsets usually last 2 or 3 months. This one broke after 2 weeks. Have tried all brands and it's the same for every one. None last longer than 2 or 3 months. Always purchase the protection plan.

Not a good pair of headphones at all. Bought for my 14 yr old xbox player and no one can hear him yalk or its all static.

Not a good headset, if you can spend another 30$ to 50$ do it for a better quality headset. Thus far I used it once and took it back immediately.

This headset was the best at first. I would use it everyday for fortnite with my friends. One day it just stopped working. why.

Cant talk through the mic. I went through all the troubleshooting options and what it came down to is i have a faulty mic. Reading other comments on their troubleshooting page/video. Many others had this same experience when trying to use them for the Series X/S. Seems like they work fine on xbox one though.

Don't work, have nothing but issues with these after months of trying to get them to work replaced them with Turtle Beach headsets. They just don't allow you to chat at times and it worse and worse. I bought two pair for my kids and it was always one of them it didn't work on the xbox then I bought the A20 for me and eventually all three pair stopped working in chat function.

Cheap in the worse way. I would recommend that you spend a bit more money and get better.

The left side of the headset has stopped working. I need to bring it back to exchange it for a new one or get my money back.
