Glad we were able to return this but definitely an inconvenience and wish we had read reviews before purchasing because many people had the same issues as well.

Not Impressed.

The wire port is already messing up. If it wiggles, you can't hear in one ear. Also, (idk if this is user error), I can't get the mic to work with chat at all. So, imo these are a huge thumbs down from me.

The headset worked for a month or two then started giving me problems. 1. Game audio was low for all the games I was playing even though I had the volume up to max. 2. Same thing for chat audio. I could better hear anyone when in a party with them.

Problematic connection

Both the mono & stereo sound cuts out if I move slightly. Have to fidget with the connection constantly. Plan to return them but have been busy. Probably just this headset. Have used another set that was awesome, which is why I bought this set.
