The sound quality is OK but the microphone picks up everything even when not turned on. so I broke the microphone off so I could not have that problem. And then bought a brand new headset (different brand ) so I wouldn't have that problem

Yes, I should've bought the warranty. Haven't had a year and already broken.

Constantly have to unplug and replug for proper connection. Sound is low even on max volume. Better than stock micro**** but only barely. Only buy if on clearance!

I purchased this item for my son, He always has issues with it.

Not sure if it’s the headsets but only the left side was working and was low, even with max sound and volume turned up. Not sure if need the mixamp or I got a used/defective batch. Will be giving back and going back to TurtleBeach headsets

I purchased this as a second headset for my three boys. The first pair did not have sound in the right ear. I exchanged it for another pair. This one did not have sound in the left ear. I returned this one for another brand. What a waste of time.

mic stop working six months after purchase, waste of money

This product lasted about one year before it quit working.

There was no sound on one side. Very poor built headset.

All my friends that have this mic(including me) have had trouble because we only get sound from one ear. Then we fix it but it eventually breaks. Mine doesnt work at all anymore and it hasnt even been a month. DONT BUY THIS.

Unfortunately the quality of these headphones is very poor. It looks very nice, but when you turn it on to use it.. it is very hard to hear anything. Wouldn’t recommend this buy.

I bought these and the wire just didnt give full sound most the tine jo sound at all. I had ti send them back . This was a no no for me.

DONT BUY THIS HEADSET! Didn’t even work when I took it out the package and tried to play. You half to wiggle the wire just to get it to work & then the headset just stopped working. Haha dumb asf’

Terrible! I purchased this got home and went to use it and noone could hear me when i talked in the headset. Exchanged it and got a turtle beach and paid $20 more no complaints on the turtle beach over this!

I was playing and the rubber around the aux connecting to control came lose which lead to messing with my controller and headset just stopped working. No way to return this item sadly.

Just gave these to my son after purchasing last month. He was very disappointed since there was sound coming only from the left ear. He has it hooked up to his xbox one. Disappointed. Will exchange tomorrow and see how it goes.

It is not clear whether the problem is actually the product or some software/connectivity issue but these headphones only worked for a short time before the mic stopped functioning.

Going to be returning this, didn’t work out of the box. I didn’t read the reviews as I needed a replacement headset for my son and this was the only ones left for Xbox.

Out of the box and didn't work. Terrible product. Wouldn't recommend.

I watched alot of utube videos on these headphones i plug to Xbox sounded horrible
