microphone come defective , also not work with xbox controller

Bought this for my son and the mic stopped working within days.

Did not pair up with the xbox one like the box displayed

Great headset this generation of astro A10 is better than the current. Glad it is lasting not sure what ill do when these break

For $20 this is the best headset I have used in this price range. The speaker quality is excellent, and the mic is excellent as well. Using with Xbox series X and none of my friends have any complaints about hearing me clearly. I had a $40 headset from amazon and they were absolute garbage. Excellent product, would recommend to anyone that does not want to spend an arm and a leg.

Are these made of a plastic vibranium weave? I've dropped them a number of times being clumsy and not a scratch or drop in sound quality. Thanks to the quick connect on both ends of the cord I have avoided more drops since it will usually release before pulling on the controller or headset. The cable and jack are built well so there is no warping or damage to either. This thing still works as well as it did when I bought it almost 2 years ago. The sound is GREAT. I activated 3-D sound on them and it was even better than my 5.1 system. I literally hear things moving above and around not just from left to right. and the sound moves with the action on screen. My gaming has become so immersive and when I play without them I can tell the difference. My ears miss them. They cry "PLEASE GEORGE, WE NEED THE A10S. WE'LL GO DEAF ON YOU IF YOU DONT FULLFILL OUR WISH!!!" But seriously, HOW ARE THESE THINGS ONLY $60? I swear they are worth a good $100. I have not had to buy a headset since owning these and before that I was replacing them every year or so. (Even when purchasing Turtle Beach and other brands) Astro has a great product here. You're spending more than the El Cheapo $20. But you will spend the same amount of money replacing those multiple times that you can spend once on these and be good.

These headphones are awesome! Good sound. The cord is longer then I’d like! It gets tangled up a lot. Also wish there was a mute button. Besides that these are awesome !!!!

This product is cheap and the sound of perfect for that enhanced sound performance especially when im gaming with my xbox series x. Had a pair had to get me abother one as a back up just in case for as a black friday deal why not? If your a huge gamer then this is the headset for you

I recommend everyone to use these! Especially if you want to play call of duty! Can really hear the players movements. It’s easy to use! But astros always have good quality and I’ve had previous astros before and they’ve lasted me years.

If you’re a MMORPG player like me, then this headset will work great. If your a fps gamer then you may require better directional audio for footsteps. If you’re on a budget, these are a great fit.

Good for xbox, sound quality is good but you have to set it up on the xbox for best results
