An entry level headset for your typical gamer. However, I recommend you spend a little more and get the A40s or higher. Still a great quality for the price.

Good headset for the money got it for 20$ on Black Friday it’s vaild

This is my second pair of a10s bought my first one about 1.5 years ago and I loved it! Just bought these on 11/21/22 and thought I was getting the same ones but unfortunately they changed something up this mic pics up EVERYTHING. From my chair squeaking to my phone ringing the mic is actually too good i game on console and turned my mic volume and thought that would help but nope it’s useless for the price I paid 20 bucks it’s worth it but I would not recommend it at All u can save your money and go else where the era of A10s is done for console at least. Overall i give it - 4/10 it’s hella comfortable tho but hurts your ears after long sessions of gaming very upset with astro for changing it up

Bought as a gift and the recipient was happy with them. Seems to work as intended and looks comparable to more expensive head sets. Would buy again.

I had high hopes for this headset since Astro has made quality products in the past but this headset is terrible. I had a Polk Audio headset (which they stopped making but were awesome and heavy duty) and these in comparison sound terrible. The sound seems so distant and it has zero noise canceling to them, I can hear everything that is going on around me. Last but not least the top of the headset, they really went on the cheap here. Astro should have made the pad go across the top of the headset, instead they just put a small pad so the weight of the headset sits on a small portion of your head. I only played for an hour or so before it started to hurt and I had to adjust them. Look at getting a different headset, these are not even worth $60.

Did not work. I even exchanged for the same brand and the new pair didn't work. Had to go with a different brand in the end.

I bought these hoping they would be better than my free earbuds that came with my cell phone. WRONG!!!!

I bought this headset literally yesterday.. worked fine sound was alright now All of sudden u can’t talk or hear ppl talking back to u in game. I paid $80 with the warranty for these and will be getting my money back tomorrow. Hundreds of ppl have the same problem with these just go look at the forms on Astro’s website urself before buying these! Best Buy is a great company and I buy all of my electronics here. I swear by their service and warrantys so this has nothing to do with them just this headset in general..I was told by ppl these were great and I was proven wrong in one day of owning them

Bought a second pair same issue no sound on the left side of the ear, I hear static and popping sounds during gameplay and worse of all it makes my controller turn off on its own will be returning. Bought a brand new xbox controller and same issue with this headset!

Horrible quality. Was extremely disappointed upon purchasing and setting up, returned to store the same day, within 3hours of purchasing. Online players complained about echoing and sound quality was very poor. Would NOT recommend anybody purchasing this. Better quality mics available for $20 compared to this at $60

I don't know how the managed to send a product that doesn't work twice. Tested both pairs on multiple devices... second pair showed it was connected to xbox but no audio came through. First pair only had audio coming through one side. Garbage

this headset freaking sucks. nobody can hear me. i can’t hear them. and the right side doesn’t even work. i can’t wait to return this ish. hecka wasted my money XD if zero stars was an option thats what i would put for this dumbazz headset.
