The sound quality is above average with this headset, but only when it works. It cuts out for 2-5 seconds every now and then within a few days of purchasing, and there was no damage to the cord / headset. Also, if you plan on wearing this headset for more than 2 hours at a time, I would recommend looking elsewhere. The padding is comfortable at first but after a few hours it hurts my ears and the top of my head leaving them aching for a while after taking it off.

Ive went through a few turtle beach headsets fairly quickly, for the cost of a pair. They always shorted out. Im careful with my toys. So far the Astro - A10 Wired Stereo Gaming Headset for Xbox One has been pretty good. Sound is kinda choppy when a sound in the game switches from one side to the other. Not always though. Thought the sound was too low at first but i had to turn up the volume in the xbox settings. Make sure you do that. I would buy these again.

It does the job. We really wanted a wireless but with the Covid panicking everyone all they had was wired. Turns out it was a good purchase. Solid headset.

I bought these for when my wireless unit isn’t charged. My son has a set and I’ve used them one night before my purchase. They sound good, easy to use and they are holding up so far.

overall a very good quality entry level headset. Bought these for my spouse who is a casual player. I personally own the A50 model. Highly recommend Astros. Great company who stand behind their products.

Great for webinars and training videos, clear audio for listening as well as vocals. Dual earpods allows user to hear just conversations of webinars.

bought these a while back, excellent and they still work so decided to buy these for my kid so when he plays i dont have to listen to him when hes playing call of duty

First off I've got to say that I own the Astro A40 headset with the TR MixAmp Pro. These don't sound great, but they're also not bad. I plugged them into my amp and they just kind of have an echo kind of like you're in a concert hall or something.

My grandson loved this gaming headset for Xbox. He says he likes that he can hear everything clearly and communicate with others clearly.

Owned one set for 4 years and never had an issue. Recently bought a new one just to get a new one.

Great sound and flexiable at the top which is a big plus so wont ever break! flip mute is good and sound is great!

Good entry level pair of headphones. Waaay better than anything below this tier. You still get the awful ear muff strain but you get a better sound and fixture.

Very comfortable. Cable come off completely to if it shorts out, you only have to replace the wire. Works in our Xbox, ps4 and PC!
