Best Buy cannot be beat on those, it truly is a no hassle experience.

I no linger need to hear the whole conversations my son has while playing Xbox. The microphone is sensitive enough that he doesn’t have to scream into it.

Thank God we bought Best Buy replacement plan but still cost us money to put new plan on new headphones.

He promoted a headset that was $30 more... Headset is ok.. but no better than the $29.99 one we originally wanted.
