I absolutely hated these, they got the job done but just barely, every time you move you can hear the plastic creaking and making noises, only reason I bought these at the time was because they were the only wireless headphones that worked with Xbox, nowadays there's a whole slew of options, but the only one I would honestly recommend is steel series

I first bought these when forced to work from home to do Zoom calls while my family was in the house. They worked pretty well. I really liked the physical swivel on the mic to mute myself while on a conference call. Came in handy when a kid interrupts during a customer call! However, they eventually wore out and the swivel mic broke. My advice is they're worth it for casual user, but if you use them heavily, pay for the higher quality options.

my husband returned these the next day. they did not get loud enough on his xbox. he went with a wired set instead.

Headset was exactly what we needed to play Xbox - my son uses it every week and enjoys his online gaming experience

Comfortable, but they lack bass. Go for the turtle beach 600 they sound much better !

Great chars capacity, and with two ports easy to swap out mid game... gave it 4 ⭐️ because sometimes the connection is a challenge when trying to put on the charger

We have bought 3 of these in the last 5 years it seems. My younger brothers are rough with them, but a great buy for the price.

They're perfect when they work. I didn't use these until well after the return date passed, so I'm stuck with them. I can hear the game volume and easily determine where noise is coming from; however, I am rearly ever able to get the microphone working, so I'm unable to communicate with my team.

Son went through 2 wired headsets. The A20 was recommended by a rep at Best Buy, and I felt comfortable at that price point. It has worked perfectly for him. Great construction, zero issues. Not the cheapest, not the most expensive - but just right for a 12 year old who plays everyday.

When it works it’s awesome. However, it constantly cuts in and out. Also takes forever to fully charge.

A10s are more durable also heavy on the head i would love if you could also control the bass!........

Wish they used the mic from the more expensive wired headphones for the wireless ones. You can tell the differences in the boom mics

A really great headset, works with pc and consoles so it is very versitile. The wireless aspect is a bit confusing for set up but they do work well.

My boys say they work well. The only ting is sometimes they don't achieve full charge when charging overnight

My only gripe is a lack of adjustability for my big head. Overall though this is a great gaming headphone option.
