My grandson loved this head set he said they where very easy to conet he also said his friends said they where able to here him very clear

I had these for about two days before returning; I liked the mini mixamp that came with it and the ability to customize the headset, but it doesnt have any noise cancellation. My friends said it sounded like I was in a auditorium and had a bad echo; even with changing the noise gate profiles.

Very good headset, It lasted me a year and then I accidentally broke it by sitting on it. I bought another pair and it works great.

Sometimes the headset gives a hard time to connect I have to turn the headset off and then turn it back on Just for it to connect to the Xbox other than that it's really great quality it doesn't catch to the background noise in my daughter's room so that's really nice

I like it although tour ears get hot to quick and dose not live long

My boys have a few different headsets this model seems to work very well. However I would definitely get the protection plan.

Surround sound is exceptional. Love the mic, to mute just retract upward. Music & volume in game is great and very simple to switch in game chat vs party chat.

I am not really impressed. They are not bad but average.

My son likes how comfortable this headset is during his game play.

When my wife goes to sleep, I put these on and play Xbox. Love it. Allows me to experience real sound while my beloved sleeps.

We purchased these A20’s yesterday and we haven’t had any problems. It was an easy connection to the new Xbox and 10/10 recommended!

1st review ever. I have never been so disappointed with a headset as much as astro a20. Since day 1 disconnecting Constantly has been the issue, last about 3-5seconds. They work great, for like 5mins then back to disconnecting Constantly to the point it becomes useless, I'm literally playing games with no dam Audio cause the headset keeps going in and out, its frustrating. I've gave them a chance least 2+ weeks to find a solution just Complete Trash, feels cheap too for 120 its all plastic. Save your money, there are way better headset out there.

It’s a bit over priced. It could be better but it does the job.

Bought this for my husband as a gift and he loved it. He tells me it’s great quality and uses it all the time
