Beginning or Solo gamer

Echoing Mic if you turn your headset to full volume, battery life isnt great. Personally I just upgraded to A40s and the price difference speaks for itself. How this helps someone

Decent sound but set up was a hassle

It requires a audio station with a USB and av connector to your console. But the sound is no better than headsets I've had that connect via USB transceiver or direct to console. Save your money and get the new model or a direct to console headset.

Don’t waste your money

They cut in and out to the point you are better off not wearing them. Customer service is even worse, they will make you jump through hoops for many days until they run out of stuff to check.
