Disconnects if I walk more than 5 feet away from where I normally play the xbox

built pretty well but audio was not what expected.

PURCHASED ITEM FOR MY SON AND HE SAID PERSON ON THE OTHER END COULD NOT HEAR HIM VERY WELL.

So about 3 months into owning this it decided to stop connecting. I tried to go through astro for the warranty and was never able to get them to come through on it. This is not my first time having issues with astro gear. Needless to say it will be my last. My corsair headphones are amazing.

These sound like you are listening through a tin can. Definitely not worth the price.

For the price you can buy a better headset with a good quality stop working in a day

dont know why but manufacturer need improvement sound and mic stop working

To tight on head. Needs better chat and game mixer controls

It resets the audio levels on it's own and it gets annoying.

This was my first pair of gaming headphones and I was very disappointed with them. They felt extremely cheap. The sound quality to me is poor also. They don’t sound any better than cheap computer speakers. I ended up taking them back because I couldn’t justify them for the price.

Not a fan of these. I prefer the Play Station 4, anyways.

Game volume was on low end, no comparison to TurtleBeaches

This headset is terrible it constantly disconnects from my console. The mic monitoring is trash. Go with turtle beach’s their customer service is terrible I tried getting customer support and they were useless DONT BUY

The headset broke after a month and won’t turn on. I took good care of the headset and it randomly stopped working. Now I’m out $150 dollars. Save yourself, don’t buy it,

Static’s really bad when the volume is turned up they sound like they’re going to fall apart and over all feel cheap in my opinion there’s a lot better headrests out there for the money

Adult owned & cared for. Used no more then 7Hrs/week. Owned for only 5 months. Will not turn on... Will not charge... Will not purchase again...

Bought these not even 6 months ago and they completely quit working. Hoping Best Buy will refund me or let me exchange for something else of better quality.

bought during quarantine but two weeks of owning it it still cutting in and out and the sound would become extremely loud out of no where. it would also disconnect mid game.

Headset is not even a year old and randomly puts me on mute and now the sound is skipping. Save your money and buy something else.
