I’d like to say “you get what you pay for” but the real truth is that you are paying for convenience. The quality is remotely close to the asking price. If you want to (or want your kid to) have a great headset experience, invest in a VMODA Boom pro (30$) and a Phillips SHP9500s headphone (80$) and enjoy a level of audio fidelity and clear speaking you never imagined possible.

I took the headset apart to get at the battery and was not successful in finding a replacement. Good while they listed, had hoped for more than two years. But in fairness, I don’t know what the average life expectancy is for headsets. Definitely would buy again.
