These only last my son about 6 months. Not the best mic or speaker quality, or comfort for that matter. I'd rather spend a little more on Corsair.

After reading the reviews on this headset I thought this would be perfect for me but it really doesn't live up to it's reputation. It's plastic, it's light, it's flimsy, it's not comfortable on my head, and the sound isn't that great at all and on top of that it does not have Bluetooth so I cannot hear anything else but what is connected to with the dongle... I'm definitely returning it.

Well let me start my saying i've never seen headphones with square Ear coverings to A headset. And I have to say that the padding thing is over the top of your head is uncomfortable

bought my step son these for his ps5 1 and a half years ago and they are still going strong well worth the purchase!

Good headphones, sounds great, battery is good, the only this is, every time I turn on my Xbox I to disconnect and connect the usb transmitter because the Xbox don’t detect them. Idk why!

I found some steel seris which i prefer more, for the same price. Thank to the best buy olus membership

They were alright just not load enough for us unfortunately as my dad is hard of hearing. Had better luck with the cheaper sony ones

We bought this set for our nephew for Christmas and he loves it. Great for online play and no wires.

Sound quality is ok. Charging port is finicky and only certain chargers will work. The width of the headband is too large for a normal sized head.

Get a crazy interference when using this on PC. Got so annoying I gave it away after stopping use.

Decent headset with a good amount on options for the money USB type c charging was a plus but I ended up returning these to get the arctis 9x for the Bluetooth and better sound quality.

Returned these and went for the A10s instead. The microphone quality for people in the party chat is terrible, which doesn't make the price worth it. Otherwise, everything else is great.

I bought this item in my vaccation in Orlando-FL. Im from Brazil. When I arrived here in Brazil the product had problems and the technical support did not solve the problem.

The A20 is better than all my turtle beaches no questions about it great sound and voice sound

Was not comfortable at all and the sound quality really seemed to be lacking and not balanced. Returned these and went with Steel Series. All a matter of personal preference at the end of the day.

I just purchased this headset to replace a very old, generation 1 Astro A50 wireless that I purchased many moons ago. I figured, the quality could not have dropped that much. Boy, was I wrong. It feels cheap, as if I am going to break it just by putting it on my head. I mean, I felt as if I was going to break it just pulling it out of the packaging. It felt comfortable enough on my head, but no where near as comfortable as other headsets that I have owned in the past. The biggest problem is, the connectivity. I am on a Mac, and I was planning on using this for work. I figured it would be easy enough to get up and running, since it was just a USB dongle to plug in, and then, go from there. It did pop right up in my system preferences, but when I tried to use it, there was no sound coming out of the headphones, nor did the microphone actually show any activity in the monitor. I figured, maybe it was firmware related, I downloaded the command center, and loaded it up. I had the headset connected via the supplied USB cable, but the software would not recognize that the headset was connected. There is almost no information available about Mac connection, but apparently, a lot of other people are having this very same issue, but on PCs. I shall be returning this headset as soon as I can, and picking up another wireless headset. Probably will splurge, and go with the Bose Quiet Comfort, since I did not find many of the other brands available to be that comfortable. I had such a long run with my previous Astro headset, and the only reason I had to replace it, was because my toddler got his hands on it, and destroyed both the headset and the basestation for it. I am saddened that this new generation of Astro headsets are not anywhere near as good, I had nothing but high regards for the brand, but apparently Logitech has killed a once great brand.

After a few months every time I restart my PC I have to repair the headset and the adapter. Sometimes I'd hold the adapter for a minute and it wouldn't go into pairing mode.

The sound is clear and crisp, sounds like a movie theater when playing call of duty
