    Worked right away, it needs to be charged of course. Besides forgetting to charge it and then dying in middle of online gaming, they work great.

    These are ok. I just feel they did not get loud enough for me. I went with the Arctis pro and really enjoy those more .

    I purchased this for my grandson this past Christmas. He was planning to use it on a PS and chrome book, and maybe a Switch if we could get it to work. We have been unsuccessful in getting it to work with any device. I briefly had it working with an iMac, but that lasted a matter of minutes. Logitech support is difficult to sort through, and otherwise not very helpful. Not what I had hoped for from Best Buy and Logitech, both well known names in the business.
