one of the best headsets i have used. great and amazing audio for any game. has a great mic. it is very comfortable around your ears and on your head.

I'm not overly impressed with the A20. The good: Sound quality is ok. Works on both xbox and PC Ear cups are soft, comfy and do an ok job of blocking out background noise. Lasts at least 10 hours on a charge. Wide range of adjustment to fit different head sizes The bad: They feel cheap and easily breakable. Not aesthetically pleasing. No left-right pivot of the ear cups just up and down, so fit can be an issue for some. Volume control is not intuitive to locate. Mic is flimsy. Does not easily engage the Mute feature. If you need to mute/unmute quick and easily it's not so great. People complained the mic sounded muffled or distorted when I talked. The usb dongle is HUGE and looks more like a flash drive. A small usb plug and a spot to put it on the headset to prevent loss would be great. Other premium wireless headsets have it. All in all, they're ok. I'd keep them as a backup to use in a pinch

This is a halfway decent gaming headset. However I feel for the price of this headset there are many higher quality options out there. This headset is versatile. This headset can be used on Xbox platforms as well as PC. If you are a gamer that goes back and forth between applications this product is quite convenient. The battery life is very good. I just this headset for 10 hours straight without them needing to be charged! The sound is fairly decent but not great by any means. If you are playing a game with more bass tones these were not the best in that range. Also if you are a player into "sound whoring" this is also not the headset for you. One thing that was a mild irritation was where the volume adjustor is located. It can get bumped during came play if it rubs on clothing such as the hood of a hoodie. When it comes to construction these look and feel quite cheep. One item is the mic. Its nice that it can be moved up and down to turn it on and off however it is kind of sticky in movement especially in comparison to other brands. Also not a huge fan of the mic being a flexible piece. Adjustability of the headset lacks also. These were a bit big on my head and did not provide much to adjust this. The pads on these were fairly comfortable. To note these are a light soft foam with a fabric covering (vs the pleather/leather material many have). When adjusted up and down these do not keep their shape around the headband area. They go straight up above the headband which looks and feels goofy and has the potential to catch on things.

Best headphones I’ve used so far easy to set up and they worked . For a long time before needing to be replaced. I would by again and highly recommend

These were pretty good quailty and sound. I would give them 5 stars if they didn’t hurt my head. I don’t know if it was just me but after 30 minutes, I noticed that the “cushion” was pressing down really hard on the top of my head and it gave me a headache. It may not be like that for everyone.

The Astro A20 headset works pretty well, if you can get it to pair properly. Even while watching the YouTube video on the Astro channel, getting this thing to pair on my PC has made me dread any time I had to repair it after fully shutting down my computer. When it works, it's pretty nice, but as I'm typing this I cannot get it to repair with my computer after running it through the ring of updating drivers. It also does not show up in the PC Astro Command center. Overall, a disappointing headset.

Great quality physically and sound wise. Sounds crystal clear with good bass and I can hear myself just enough so I'm not yelling at my mic
