Poor volume and cheap quality. I would not reccomend.

Had the previous model for my Xbox 1 and they worked great. These for some reason are complete garbage, I set them up and they actually play the sound through the headphones maybe 20% of the time. When you turn the headphones on you have to sit there and hold the button and it’s super delayed. Will likely have to spend the money on a different set of headphones.

Didn't fit my head, went with the PS5 headset. Sound on the A20 was meh compared to anything else.

upgrading from Astros A10 and i just wasn’t satisfied with this headset. Coming from PS4 to the PS5 and with all the sound upgrades the PS5 have, the Astros A20 just didn’t deliver what i was hoping to get from them. So i returned it and got the SteelSeries 7P, a headset that i highly recommended if you are looking to getting a good quality headset under $200

Unless your head is petite this is not going to be comfortable on your head, it does not expand far. I also don't like that like the turtle beach headsets where you have 2 buttons one to adjust the sound of the game and the other button adjusts the sound of the chats going on while gaming, this headset you have only one button that adjust both game sound and chats sound and is difficult to find the perfect medium even if you but the button in the middle the sound is horrible. I was very disappointed because I spent enough money on this item. I advice you to stick to turtle beach products. I was thinking spending money I would be happy apparently not. I will stick with what I know and go back to turtle beach. I am now stuck with this headset and it will collect dust because I am not going to use it. Best buy won't take it back.

The volume is super low, can barely hear anything at all. No adjustment at all on the fit of the headset. Not worth $100 in any way, it's a $30 - $40 value at most. Do not waste your money.

Its alrighy makes a weird buzzing noise. Everyonce in a while other than that its not bad.

Item came broken, I returned product to best buy and they sent them back to me with no refund or explanation as to why refund wasn't granted; poor product and even poorer customer service! Will not be making purchases with best buy in the future.

The Astro Gaming A20 headset is an overall solid product, marred perhaps only by the large size of the USB dongle. The headset is lightweight and comfortable for extended wearing, which is a major plus. Battery life is pretty solid and the charging time isn't excessive--it never felt like charging was a constant chore. The sound quality for this stereo headset was very good, and the mic quality (and the mic does do raise to mute like others) was clear. The USB dongle which enables wireless support is both good and bad. It's good because wireless is easier and this also enables it to be used with a wider variety of devices--Xbox/PC/etc.. However, it does seem rather large, so you do need to account for clearance, especially if on an older Xbox One with the side USB port. I don't expect the nano-sized adapters that some use as a unified keyboard/mouse, but something a little smaller would have been nice. On the upside, you're less likely to lose it though. Overall, it's a good product--wireless works well and without any setup difficulty at all, sound and mic quality are good, and battery life/charging time are more than adequate. The future proofing with support for the upcoming Xbox is nice, too.

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my son. Right now he uses Xbox one. This headset is compatible for Xbox and series x. Our experience with this is not good. Not reliable and no real instructions of how to set it up. For an expensive head set I expected more. The microphone goes on and off. Also mics quality is not good.

Had to be replaced with another headset due to failure of boom microphone.

I tried to get these to work for days and I am done with them. I never posted a bad review but this one is just to much. Hopefully someone else can do better with them. Does not seem to like pcs

The only reason I'm giving this headset a 1 star is because I can't give it zero. This is by far the WORST GAMIJG HEADSET I've ever bought! The build quality reminds me of a Fisher-Price toy. The chat/game wheel doesn't change the volume between chat and my games. It just turns up the volume. The headset speakers would crackle and squeak whenever no sound was being played thru them. And turning them on this morning, they now just play a high pitch whining tone that doesn't stop. Either Astro needs to step their game up or Best Buy needs to stop selling their stuff until they do.
