Great product. We own 2 pairs and love them. Would definitely buy again.

The headset itself is ok. The only one flaw is the volume button is on the bottom of the headset. It sometimes can get turned down if you are animated when you play.

I have to give a mixed review on this headset. Pros: VERY comfortable headset, good sound (not the most awesome, but good) Cons: Mainly, the transmitter - it's very fragile and prone to snapping off at the USB connector. It's a STICK, so any leverage on the length will tend to bend/break it off at the USB port. VERY difficult (impossible?) to find replacement for transmitter alone, rendering the entire headset rather useless.

The A20s were not what I expected from a price to performance and quality ratio. The build quality feels quite flimsy and the entire frame is plastic which contributes to this. They really lack a quality build feel to them. I also noticed, the volume on these does not get loud enough. I'm not sure if this could be fixed with a firmware update or not. I got these for use with PC and with my PC volume all the way up and the headset volume all the way up, I was not impressed with the max volume level whatsoever. Another issue I have is with the microphone volume. With this all the way maxed in my PC volume settings, the testing gauge in COD Warzone was not showing the mic volume very high at all. I also had several folks tell me in game they were having issues hearing me. There is also mic adjustment settings in game that were all the way up as well. Like I said, the volume issues may be able to be resolved with a firmware update in the future. There is no in app adjustments for this headset. There IS an app, but according to the manufacturer, it will only be used for future firmware updates. I tried to install the app and check for updates, but within the app, all it says is that it cannot connect to the headset. I contacted the manufacturer and put in a ticket because I thought I was doing something wrong. It turns out, the headset will only connect to the app if there is ever a firmware update for them. The wireless transmitter and range work just fine and had there been a more quality build and more detail and application functionality, I feel like these would be a real winner.

Was really debating which ones I should get. Since I really love the Astro A50. I would say these are the best under the A50

Good enough headphones, but it looks like Astro headphones at-large have one "big" issue: the flat-ish top band is not friendly to people with bigger heads. I'm just a bigger guy, and the pad of the flat topband pushes on my head, which the earpieces are forced slightly up. The result is a sore top of my head and sort earlobes.

I give this 3 stars because the quality isn't as great as others around the same price, there are some odd design choices, and battery life is poor. The material on the ear cups feels like a loose fleece blanket and while it is soft, the material is already squashed slightly from use. I have also had the unfortunate experience of having my earring getting caught mid removal. The overall feel is a bit flimsy and the only adjustment that can be made is up/down on the ear cups. Note that the edges of the adjustable pieces are sharp for some reason. You can hear literally every sound around you so don't expect these to block anything out. Also, if your sound is too loud the people around can also hear your headphones. The volume wheel has a label of "VOICE <-> GAME" with no indication of up or down so when connected to PC, there are two different options for sound, voice and game, and you have to scroll UP toward VOICE on the wheel to turn up the volume. It's strange, but once you ignore the label it works like normal. Otherwise, liked the fact this can be used on both PC and Xbox via a dongle so it makes it incredibly versatile. I am torn between recommending this, but if you like the look, the thought of a thin blanket on your ears, and need a headset for PC and Xbox, try this one.

I have had my Astro headset for over 3 years roughly and I can say without a doubt that it is the best headset I have ever had! I have absolutely no complaints about it and i love all of the features that come with it!

Astro is a great brand for gaming but when it came to sound quality on PC, there’s better options. As a wireless headset the A20 is a great choice for console gaming though. The microphone is clear and had no problems communicating. However if you’re looking for an immersive sound experience then these aren’t for you.
