Posted .We are very sorry to hear that your Astro Gaming headset did not include the USB transmitter. This is certainly not the experience we want our customers to have. We recommend contacting BestBuy for a replacement.

WORKS BETTER THAN MY OLD ONES

I’d like to say “you get what you pay for” but the real truth is that you are paying for convenience. The quality is remotely close to the asking price. If you want to (or want your kid to) have a great headset experience, invest in a VMODA Boom pro (30$) and a Phillips SHP9500s headphone (80$) and enjoy a level of audio fidelity and clear speaking you never imagined possible.
