Bought this headset with the intentions of using on both PlayStation 5 and Xbox series x sound was horrible when compared to many others on the market even went out of my way to purchase the secondary usb to use with both consoles taking a loss on that since I decided to return this headset , if on a budget I would definitely recommend the article 1 wireless from steel series in comparison to this headset if you have money to spend and you are looking for a quality headset the Astro a50 is the way to go don’t waste your money like me trying to save a quick buck, after returning these I decided to pick up some a50s and let me tell you the quality is out of this world and can be used on both consoles by simply buying an additional wireless base or running an aux cable from wireless base to either Xbox or PlayStation controller port !

I bought them for my 9yr old son. He loves them, they work fantastically.

These are good but honestly the arctis 7p are better I felt like these lack more sound to it

They are easy to connect. They can be adjusted. My grandson loves them.

For its price you'd think you would be able to use this with something other than a pc or xbox but you really can't. Unless the device you want to use this with has a USB port for the receiver that comes with it you cannot use these headphones. Being that they are over a hundred dollars thats a big draw back. Had I known I wouldn't have purchased these at all.

Solid headset, only complaint is the design. It tends to slip off your head at times.

I own the Astro A50’s and these are definitely related to the family, however you can definitely feel the quality dive on the A20’s. The audio wheel isn’t as intuitive as the A50’s. It seems to be a hit or miss when playing games as well. You’re supposed to be able to isolate game/chat. It doesn’t work as advertised.

I have to unplug and plug in adapter when mic doesn’t work. Did updates and still does same thing

My son loves this headset for his Xbox. It was a replacement for another brand.

My grandson is very satisfied with this item. Would purchase again if the need arises.
