    Great sound and easy to use. Only issue is sometimes I have to unplug and reinstall the USB receiver because it looses connection with the mic.

    The only reason they’re not getting five stars is because sometimes they have connectivity issues. Very good sound quality. Everyone can hear me well.

    Cannot get the microphone to work on Xbox series X. Tried all the “fixes” and still nothing works. Not worth the high cost. Maybe a lower price point would help.
