I am yet to turn the volume all the way up when use it them. Battery life is as advertised and an audible beep will set off when they are going dead. Would buy again

Mic is pretty good about not picking up background noise so for the most part my friends only hear me which is good. Overall a very good headset and reasonably priced

Great little wireless headset. Then, I went and bought a third pair as a gift for a friend. All three have worked well and we've had no issues with volume or mic function. Everyone can hear voice chat clearly. Battery lasts surprisingly long as well. I go days without having to charge these.

This one is far more than i expected. The battery holds a great charge, its actually pretty comfortable to wear for extended periods of time. The sound quality is nice. Overall great buy.

It’s very comfortable and easily adjusted. The mic flip to mute is a cool option. And the best part is that it’s completely wireless and has a long lasting battery from the charge.

Quality is great, only complaint is the volume levels. So if you are hard of hearing or older or just like it really loud, this isnt your headset. If you have avg or normal hearing you probly wont have a problem.

We like the design and it is amazing for my husband that plays occasionally.

My only complaint is tuning the sound between chat and game but it may be user error . Would recommend

Great Headset

The A50 is better but I am no longer sure it’s 150$ better, the A20 is a better value. This headset sounds great and is a lot more portable with the USB stick vs dock and the battery life is great. Only annoyance and its probably sony not this headset, is I have to remove the usb dongle to get audio back to TV. The A50 on xbox once I turn off or dock the A50 audio goes back to TV.

Posted .You love your Astro A20 for PS5! It's comfy, sounds great, and has great battery life, all at a good price. The only minor annoyance is needing to remove the USB dongle to switch audio back to the TV (might be a Sony setting). Overall, you think it's a great value!

High Value Headset

Astro are known for making very reliable and industry leading headsets, and this A20 is just as good as all their other products. For the price, for the console, there aren't many products that can hold up to this headset. It's very comfortable, whether or not you wear glasses and feels well built. If you've got a big head, you won't have any issue with this headset and in fact it might be one of the more comfortable ones you could try out. The sound is great, the mic is great, it's built in a one-size-fits-all fashion and overall I'd highly recommend this headset to anyone on Xbox. For the price you simply can't beat it.
