Ok for a less price headset. It'll do the job until I can replace my old pair.

Won't connect with the App, the hard reset won't work, the mic suddenly is mute and has an issue I can't seem to fix and support now that Astro was bought by Logitech is now no longer possible. Sound is mediocre at best, battery life is okay.

Everything works great. However the usb that inputs into xbox broke off. Is it possible to replace this part or do I need all new headphones

Super comfortable on my ears, feels like I’m being hugged by a cloud

It feels nice but the setup on pc and the sounds my wife was not satisfied

For an Astro headset is ok, wireless dongle is not the greatest as it cuts in and out. Save your money if you are looking for a decent headset and upgrade to the A40s.

Thinking about trading these bad boys in for a wired version. The signal has trouble linking up sometimes.

Major improvements over gen 1. Still have a cheap feel to them. USB dongle should be able to default to PC mode when plugged in instead of always manually switching.

Its really confortable even after playing for a couple of hours.

These are auper nice. Foot steps sound nice and loud. Love them!

Nothing wrong with them in particular, the A50's are just a lot better.

They have a very pleasing and balanced sound and are very comfortable to wear. To me those are the two most important things I judge any headphone must have. The boom mic is very flexible and was very well received by my friends during multiplayer gaming and they can be a critical bunch. The controls on the right ear were easy to reach and simple to use. I had no problem getting over 10+ hours of battery life. The headphone is lite, has a good amount of padding for the ears and they never got hot. I am a bit mixed about the green and white color scheme but that is intended to match the Xbox colors. I can easily give them a pass for that since they are so comfortable that you really can forget you have them on. I am also very glad they used a USB C connector for the charging. This just makes plugging them in to the USB so much easier than the older micro USB connector. Do note this headphone is wireless only and does not support a wired connection. I had no issues with the wireless range and never had any connection issues. Setting this headphone up was a simple plug and play process right out of the box and they were ready to go. I find it very hard to find fault with the A20. They just do what you want without any fuss at all. If I had one issue it would be the plastic build. But this helps to contribute to the lightweight so it's a trade off that is worth it. But even there you don’t get the creaky sound that some other headphones suffer. I am very much looking forward to using this headphone on the new Xbox console when it becomes available in the coming weeks.

Ear part is too big. Constantly disconnects from the transmitter.

First pair of astros thats were not top notch quality, first of all the sound is not loud at all second of all the most uncomfortable headset I’ve ever used literally gave me a headache on the top center of my head After using for more than five minutes, after doing some research these are the newer GEN Astros And I found out that Logitech bought Astros and kept the brand as Astros and that pretty much sums up all you should need to know logitech is a mouse and keyboard company not a sound quailty company so the headset is a one out of five starts simply terrible for the price and it is sad because Astros are supposed to be the top tier top of the market headset if you are going to purchase a pair of Astros make sure their original 2018 and prior Because those were the original Astros not logitech Astros

Please save your money and buy a different headset. The headset works just fine, but is the most uncomfortable headset I've ever owned. The way it sits on the ears and the pressure on the head makes them almost unbearable.
