Pro: -Lightweight -Good audio -Battery life Con: -Few adjustments -Mic is a little quiet and muffled -Feels plasticy and cheap Build and Comfort These are one of the lightest headsets I have, but the all plastic build is hollow and makes it feel cheap even though it’s overall solid with no flex. The headband is soft rubber, which I actually prefer to the fabric foam, but there’s a notch cutout in the middle with sharp corners which press down on your head causing some discomfort. The clapping force is very light and I had no issue wearing them for a long session. The foam padding is fine, but it’s not very dense and I wonder how long they’ll last. There’s practically no adjustments other than vertical adjustment and a very slight pivot for the cups. The mic is flexible, stays in place, and is the right length. Audio The audio is overall good. The high and mids are clear and the bass has a good amount of boost to it. Subtle noises like footsteps are distinct and easy to discern directions from. There’s three EQ presets, balanced, tremble boost, and bass boost. I find them all alright, but the bass boost lowers the other sounds a bit too much. Mic The mic is ok for voice chat, but it’s too quiet and muffled, yet is sensitive enough to clearly pick up my breathing. Even with the mic right next to my mouth, it still sounds like I’m speaking with my mouth covered. Battery Battery life is great. I can play for at least 10 hours on a charge. PC I did a quick test on the PC, and it worked right away. You do have to click the button on the receiver to switch modes. The mic is still quiet on the PC as well. If you’re looking for an entry level wireless headset, I think these are really good. It’s light and mostly comfortable to wear for a long time, with the exception being the sharp angle on the band. The adjustment is limited, but it gets the job done. The audio is good with the games that I’ve tried them with and the battery should last you through most of the day. The mic isn’t great, being somewhat quiet and muffled, but good enough for voice chats.

Astro Gaming - A20 Wireless Stereo Gaming Headset Gen 2 The Astro Gaming A20 Wireless headset works with the Xbox, PC and Mac. It offers a great convenience being wireless. Easy to charge- It includes a micro-USB you just plug in to the headset. The rechargeable battery may take up to 4 hours to fully charge, but the run time is very long, up to 15 hours. Good sound- The conversations and music played are clear and crisp. It's comparable to my other gaming headsets or Airpods. However, the sound and voice do cut out pretty often. The voice will cut out more than the sound when in "party" mode. It happens a few times an hour, for a couple seconds each time. The mircophone is retractable and has a mute option. Easy to use- Hold down the button for a couple seconds and it will turn on and automatically connect. It boasts a 50' connectivity. It works roughly that distance away but cuts out more. Controls- there's a scroll button to control volume on the headset. There's also a button that I can only describe as a teeter totter to control the party volume. You push up on the one half to increase and the down on the other side to lower it. Looks good- the white and green design looks attractive. The quality is ok. It feels normal though I'm not sure how durable it is. Comfortable- the ear pads fit nice. The headset is adjustable to fit over any size head. The Bluetooth connectivity is something that needs to be improved. Having the sound cutout is somewhat annoying during games and conversations, especially because I'm not aware of when it even happens. But I like the combination of wireless and rechargeable battery in a headset.

They come with a very cheap transmitter that once it stops working you're out a headset because they never have any transmitters in stock to buy on Astros website. I would spend my money elsewhere.

This purchase was a disappointment. Bought for my 13 yr old son for Christmas. Right out of the box this head set did not work. Dad helped him to ensure the firmware/software was up to date. Whent online to read troubleshooting methods. Still did not work. We will be returning this item.

TLDR: Overall this is a nice set of headphones with good sound and comfortable and easy to use. Setup: These do require the use of the USB dongle. It works well and on PC/Xbox, just plug it and go. Headphones pair easily so there is no issues with that. Makes it easy to move the headphones between devices/Desktop/Laptops. Don't have to re-pair it, just move the dongle. It is a long boy, so on laptops just not that it will be hanging out. On the downside it is a USB dongle, so if you lose it you can't use the headphones until you replace, so that can be a con for people, but since I have it on my desktop PC and that doesn't move it isn't an issue. Usage: Using the headphones is easy. The sound is good for me. I'm not an audio person, so high/lows and all that, not me, I can't speak to it. I can say it is clear, easy to hear, no crackle and the mic, I got no complaints from my teammates, they could hear me clearly and I do like the fact you can mute it by pushing it up. Having a way to quickly mute is handy since I do live in a noisy house. Wearing these for long sessions is not a problem. I found them light and comfortable and the battery had no problem lasting all day for my gaming needs, and I can be picky because of glasses. It wasn't an issue for me. I do like the simple controls. Overall you need some wireless headphones for gaming, these I think are a great choice. Easy and comfortable with sound that meets my needs.

it sucks i hate it it doesn't even work, i acknowlegde that i bought the wrong part, but they don't even stock the xbox transmitter anymore. so not only did i waste a 120 dollars i can't return it either. This headset feels somewhat uncomfortable on the head, the shape isn't the nicest.
