This headset is terrible for the PS4 half the time people can't hear me I cannot adjust my audio for My Voice output and I hear myself whenever I talk which I dislike

The headset's internal charger broke barely after one year of use, and I had to purchase another headset system for my son. I do not recommend the purchase of these headsets.

This headset had static and cutting out so much. The headset felt big and bulky and wasn't that comfortable. I returned it and got a steelseries headset instead

The battery last 45min, they are not comfortable at all, the sound quality is absolutely horrible. There is nothing good about this product

i bought these as a gift considering the cost they should have worked better. the person had to exchange them because they did not work.

I cant stand headsets where you can hear your voice in the headset. I was not impressed with this headset. I took it back.

Product was defective. Microphone wouldn’t stay in place after wearing it twice. Returned immediately.

it broke in 10 minutes my little brother said it was the best 10 minutes of his life though

I bought Astro a20 headphones. Staticky and microphone stopped working after a few minutes of playing.

These were great! Last me for years now and the sound + mic sounds great!

Honest review of these for the price point is average only. Reason for this is because they aren’t as loud as some other headsets. I have to play usually at full volume to hear any distinct foot steps. Also the wireless connection cuts out a lot more often than it should even though I’m only 2 feet away from the wireless receiver. And you must turn on your PS4 before you turn on the headset other wise you won’t have a mic recognized. It only lost mic a few times but it’s annoying when you don’t know if people can hear you or not. Turning the power off and on usually fixes it but it’s just plain annoying.

So I bought this Astro headset after the first Astro headset I bought was defective out of the box. I open this one only to find out the way the audio is sent to the transmitter through optical out. Guess what doesn't have an optical output? The PS4 Slim. How can you market a product that is "compatible with the PS4" but have not a single word about how it doesn't work with the Slim until you open the box and try to connect it?

This headset is constantly cutting in and out. There is no interference or noise that could be disrupting the headset. Astro Gaming's customer service has been difficult to navigate and so far unhelpful. I do not recommend their product. It is hugely upsetting considering their reputation and relationship with the Call of Duty League. I cannot effectively listen to my lectures for class nor game in any capacity. Do not buy.

The sound is great but it disconnects very often and my literally stopped working after 2 weeks. Im returning it tomorrow.

I purchased these without the extra $20 2 year plan. NOT RECOMENDED. Bad experience.They worked the first 15 days to allow best buys return window to close and then on week 3 they stop working. When charging the battery gets super hot and they wont power on at all. Best Buy was of no help at all. Now, less than a month after purchase I am waiting on the Manufacturer to replace them so I have a working product for the money I spent.

Wish the box stated that this only works on PS4 that have the optical input. Instead of saying it works for PS4. Will be returning and getting turtle beach they are easy setup. Gave everything a one star becouse did not even get a chance to use it.
